Welcome! Located on the beautiful South Shore of Nova Scotia and directly on the Lighthouse Route, Mahone Bay area boasts 365 islands, one for every day of the year! Our protected waters and beautiful vistas make it a popular sailing and kayaking destination.

Don't be surprised to have complete strangers greet you with a warm "hello" or "good afternoon" as you stroll down our streets. The residents of our small town are uniquely as friendly and helpful to visitors as they are to neighbours. So kick back, relax and stay awhile, you'll feel like you've come home.

Children are welcome. We recommend you check with each individual establishment regarding their ability to accommodate pets. And remember to book ahead.
